Once payment is made your download link will appear on your payment page. You will also get an email to the email you used to create your profile with the Download link. 

We are available to help if you have any questions. On the bottom right side of the website you will see an Icon for Live Chat. If you don’t receive a response within 3 minutes. Email us at [email protected], we will reply within the hour, between the hours of:

8 AM – 8 PM Weekdays

Once you become a Member we can see if you downloaded any of the Free PSD Templates or PNG Images from the site. 

We will not refund your payment if you have already downloaded a Template or Image. 

Payments will only be refunded within 24 hours after purchase. 

You have a choice from either using Paypal which also using Debit/ Credit Cards or Stripe at Check Out. If you don’t have a credit card we also except Cash App and Venmo. 

To use Cash App or Venmo, please contact us through Live chat on the bottom right of the site or email us and we will reply with the hours of 8AM-8PM Eastern Time.

You must have Photoshop CS2 or higher to be able to edit any of the PSD Templates. There is no other way to edit them. If you don’t have Photoshop and need help editing we can do it for you. Pay for the editing you need on the Need Editing Page then go onto Live Chat on the bottom right side of the website. We will edit your PSD Template while you wait on chat. There really isn’t any waiting. Depending on what you need it can be done within 15 minutes or less. 

Access to downloaded Images is only available with Active Membership. Once the Membership is over your access to downloaded images are over.

Can I use Images of Models and/or People for Commercial Use? 

No. We do not own the images of any Artist or Models on this site and can not be used for Commercial Use. If you feel that an image does not belong on the site, please contact us and provide proof of ownership so we can take it down.

No. We do not allow any of our designs to be sold on any site.  All PSD Templates on Mixapepsd.com are to be used by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. You can not put for Resale.

Our goal is to add New PSD Templates, HD Images, and Standard Images every day.
